If you are a therapist you can make an account like any other user. When it comes to joining a team, make sure the parent(s) adding you to their care team use the same email address you signed up with.
Making an account is easy! Go to the Otter Therapies login screen and select, “Make an account.”
Yes! The Otter Therapies platform was built with both state and federal ePHY and data privacy laws in mind. We also implement up to date data security standards to make sure your information is only shared with those whom you wish to grant permission.
Users only have to pay if they create a care team. Making an account and joining a care team is completely free! Parents will most often initiate the creation of the care team, then add any relevant care teams members or providers.
We onboard new users to the Beta application in cohorts. By providing your contact information, you will receive an invitation to join the next cohort of users.
