If I am a therapist, how do I get the app?

If you are a therapist you can make an account like any other user. When it comes to joining a team, make sure the parent(s) adding you to their care team use the same email address you signed up with.

Who pays for the otter platform?

Users only have to pay if they create a care team. Making an account and joining a care team is completely free! Parents will most often initiate the creation of the care team, then add any relevant care teams members or providers.

When will I be able to download the beta application?

We onboard new users to the Beta application in cohorts. By providing your contact information, you will receive an invitation to join the next cohort of users.
